Serendipol Coconut Flour is made from the dry residue (seedcake) of Whole kernel virgin coconut oil manufacturing process. The seedcake is milled and sieved to obtain coconut flour.
The mild natural sweetness of coconut makes it a delicious & healthy alternative to ordinary wheat flour. It’s gluten free, high in fiber, low in digestible carbohydrate and is a good source of protein.
It has the highest fiber content in comparison to any other flour alternative, having at least 35% more fiber than even wheat bran & is said to Improve digestion & help regulate blood sugar,
This wonderful substitute to wheat flour is now being widely used in baking of bread, cookies, brownies, desserts and in smoothies/milk-based beverages
